Terms of Service

By purchasing from my commissions, you are stating that you have read and agree with my Terms of Service and the following conditions below.

General Terms

I have the right to decline commission requests.
Please provide references and descriptions for convenience. Even stick sketches are highly appreciated!
Max of 1 major revision and 3 minor revisions* during sketch only. Changes made beyond the revision limit will incur an additional fee.
Turnaround time may last between 2 - 4 weeks. This is subject to change based on complexity, my schedule, and emergencies. Additional fee for rush bump.
I reserve the full copyrights over the final artwork. Unless requested otherwise for personal reasons, I can post the image on my social media or use them for my portfolio.

*Major revision = changing half / whole piece or pose
Minor revision = cleanup of small areas

General Terms

Disclaimers

Commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Strictly no reselling or tampering with the piece, whether for personal or for monetary purposes (e.g. NFTs, AI, or any other form of reproduction). Making personal prints is ok and posting with credit is highly appreciated!
The prices indicated are for personal commissions. Requests for commercial work must be discussed and will come at a different price.

Payment

Payment is via Gcash / Maya / BPI / Paypal (USD).
Full or 50% payment must be paid upfront once we start the commission process. Final work will only be released after full payment is settled.
No refunds. Only if I am unable to fulfill the commissioned sketch for any unforeseen reasons on my end may you get a refund. 100% refund if the work has not been started at all; 60% if only sketch has been done; 20% if only line art has been done. Refund is not available if the work has been rendered.
Tips are greatly appreciated but not required :)
